A&W Canada — Restaurant in Drummondville

If I could leave a 0 star, I would! By far the worst A&W I have ever been. Customer service completely useless. I have waited for the order to be taken for more than 5 minutes while the staff were chatting with each other, when she took the order she was completely rude. The burgers and chips arrived cold and on top the place was pretty fitly. I am not sure if the toilet is maintained by them but also disgusting! Hygiene, quality and customer service wise I would not recommend this place! Maybe a quality control could come and check on them since I have believes that might break hygiene...

Standard A&W. Stopped here during a long drive and found the burger I had to be decent. The tomato in it was dreadful though, but you can't really fault a fast food restaurant in the middle of winter for that. The restaurant was connected to a convenience store, which was convenient for buying supplies for the rest...

Atroce expérience au A&W au coin de la 20/55. Attendre plus de 10 minutes au service à l'auto après nous avoir fait payer notre lunch (deux burgers dont un en trio pour 25$ soi disant en passant $$$$), penser qu'on nous a oublier tellement c'était long, devoir rentrer pour se faire dire que notre burger cuit, avec la pire face. Excusez-moi, j'ai l'air de vous dérangez mais c'est moi la fille dans le char, arrêter depuis trop longtemps devant la fenêtre du take out !

Désolée mademoiselle mais lorsqu'une commande de service à l'auto prend temps de temps, la moindre des choses est d'avertir le client que le service sera anormalement long, ou le rassurer que ça s'envient. Épouvantable (et éternel !)...
