Their self-order machines only have the chicken part of the menu, and the prices on their actual menus are seriously out of date (a cupcake and coffee costs 5.50$, instead of the 3$ that's advertised on the monitor). Their promos mention over 20 specialty and signature pizzas and poutines, but you can actually only see a select few types, and only their signature ones
Took almost an hour to get our food because only one of the two waitresses did any work, running everywhere while the other one just stood there looking pretty
The tables were sticky, we asked for napkins to at least wipe them relatively clean and never got any
When we finally got our food, we had a headache from the super loud arcades and pinball machines up on the second floor, and the food itself was a mixed bag : what was given to us was easily twice larger than their advertised formats, which would usually be good but in this case, it was quantity over quality because the chicken was dry and the "jalapeno inferno" poutine had no heat whatsoever, and tasted (and smelled strongly) only of old, cheap oil (to the point where I'm now back home, and I can still smell it on my clothes)
On the other hand, the Thai poutine tasted great.. but most likely because it uses commercial sauce instead of the garbage they cook themselves
Overall, this only gets two stars because you can get a week's worth of meals for a decent enough price by ordering a "large" poutine.. if you don't have any sense of taste...

Dirty tables to wait at, overall crusty place, only bottom floor is open but practically all tables were dirty. No one even offered to clean the table before we eat either. The guy serving us also had his whole crack showing the whole time we were there waiting and eating which wasn't a great experience to say the least.. Also the bathroom cleaning sheets was blank so i assume no one cleaned it. Food was good but very expensive and not worth it,...
