Learned that there was a new Indian restaurant in town, and was eager to try it out since those are so rare. Ordered the chicken curry bowl with a mango lassi (yogurt beverage) and Ras Malai, and my mom and grandma ordered something else, with the Gulab Jamun, that way we'd be able to try both of the desserts
The restaurant was packed full and there was a line of people all the way outside, a "problem" that persisted until we left much later, which is fortunate for the store but unfortunate for the customers, since it took almost a full hour to finally get our food, but at least the ambience music and videos were great fun while we waited
Finally received our food, went to sit down, and.. wow. Just wow. The basmati rice was great, the chicken curry was great (but not spicy at all.. it was more akin to butter chicken), and their homemade cheesy naan was sooo good (especially dipped in the leftover curry sauce). Tried some of my mom's fries and the seasoning was delicious, with a hint of spice. When we all finished, we tried the desserts. The Gulab Jamun was really good, especially compared to the tasteless flaky dough you get at grocery stores. The Ras Malai, though? Kind of weird, the rose water taste was a bit overpowering. Oh well, different tastes I suppose! Even the mango lassi was nice and refreshing
The prices are reasonable, and you get plenty of bang for yer buck (we even brought back some leftovers). Overall this was an amazing experience, but it does lose a star for the sheer waiting time.. it's a sign of success, but it's still an inconvenience and they should maybe hire more cooks to reduce the waiting time, or something. Oh, and maybe some AC would help, it was a tad hot inside. Plus all the flypapers everywhere give it a bit of a rundown snack shack look that really doesn't fit the amazing...
Read moreThis restaurant offersa great selection of Biryani, curry, and kebab sandwiches, and it was a memorable experience. The Biryani was a standout—fragrant, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with each grain of rice infused with aromatic spices. The tender meat added richness to the dish, making it a must-try for Biryani lovers.
Their curries were another highlight, offering a variety of options with deep, complex flavors. The sauces were rich and well-balanced, and paired excellently with the fluffy naan or rice. Whether you prefer something mild or spicy, there’s a curry for every palate.
The kebab sandwiches were the perfect option for something quick yet satisfying. The meat was grilled to perfection, with smoky flavors wrapped in fresh bread, complemented by tangy sauces and fresh vegetables.
The restaurant had a warm and inviting ambiance, and the service was prompt and friendly. Overall, if you’re looking for a place that excels at both traditional Biryani and hearty curries, with the added bonus of delicious kebab sandwiches, this restaurant is definitely...

I was traveling from New Brunswick to Waterloo and decided to take a break in Drummondville. While looking for a place to eat some good, flavorful food, we stumbled upon a restaurant called La Maison des Wraps — and what a lucky find that was!
This place served the best chicken wrap and biryani I have ever had from a restaurant. HONESTLY, I haven't tasted food this good even in Toronto, which is saying a lot! The flavors were rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced — you can tell they really care about quality here.
What made the experience even better was the exceptional customer service and warm hospitality of Mr. Ajay. He made us feel welcome right away and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal.
I’m giving 5/5 in all aspects — taste of food, customer service, hospitality, and cleanliness.
If you're passing through Drummondville or even just nearby, this place is a must-try. You won’t be...
