Beer oasis in the Townships. This microbrewery has a an amazing variety of beers. Hoppy beers, IPAs, fruity, Belgians, white beers, bitter beers, Lagers, you name it and they have it. Most of them are their original beers and they also have collaborations with other microbreweries of Quebec and Ontario. You can accompanied your beers with a great poutine or with burgers or sandwich. I also saw some fish in the menu. During the day you can go with your kids with no problem and have a beers taster while they drink juice or have brunch. They also have some 80's and 90's Pin Ball machines and a pro soccer table. In the back, they a a boutique where you can buy beers, beers glasses and nice t-shirts. The bathrooms are clean and they have a great collection of the beer labels on the walls. Easy access in wheelchair. Big parking lot in the back. This place is also in the middle of the route of wines. If you are in a gravel cycling hunting, this is a great place to leave you car, go for a ride, and comeback for a beer. Last time, we left the cars in their parking lot and we cycled to Sutton and comeback. Dunham is surrounded by world class gravel roads for cycling. So, if you are in the townships and you want change a bit, come for a fresh beer here, you will...
Read moreMy wife and I and two friends recently drove through Dunham during a visit to Quebec’s Eastern Townships. We stopped by the Brasserie Dunham for lunch, and it was a wonderful experience. The Brasserie has an on-site brewery with a number of beers, plus a store, restaurant and outside terrace. If you can’t find something here you like, you’re really hard to please! We stopped for lunch and I ordered the Korean-style chicken burger which is served with kim-chi, mayo, Korean BBQ sauce and fried. It was truly excellent. One of our friends ordered the smoked pulled pork sandwich and raved about it. My wife had the beet salad with hummus which she thought was good as well. The service was great, in both English and French and the choice of beer, wines and other drinks I huge. The Brasserie Dunham is a great place to stop if you’re ever in the area. It’s one not...
Read moreWow! A really nice discovery. We went for lunch and beers and were impressed with the food and beer menus. All items are made from fresh ingredients from local farms and there are a lot of vegetarian options. I shared the fried eggplant burger and the beetroot carpaccio with my mom and we both loved our plates. The presentation is also really cute. As for the beers, I've been a fan of their beers for as long as I can remember drinking and it was nice to finally get to see the brewery. They have a lot of tap beer options and there's also a store section where you can buy beers or merch. Two of my favorites this time were the wit de ouf which is a lemongrass and pepper white beer, and mousson a red jasmine rice season beer. The brewery is really cute, convivial, and there are a lot of tables available. Perfect place to go for lunch and beer on a...
