Very disappointed and will not be returning. The 'manager' was rude (whoever was working there around noon on March 10, 2024). I was treated disrespectfully and will not be returning to this location (gas station at Leslie/Greenlane). In addition to making me feel like an item I ordered being out of stock was MY fault, they kept closing the window on me. I get that it's cold, but if someone is at the window, and they have their car window open being exposed to the cold, AND there is already a problem, they should be trying to appease the customer, not making it worse by being rude. By contrast at the nearby Starbucks, they told me "I am going to close the window for a sec while I get your drinks, is that okay?" In the end, there was no "thank you", no "sorry for the inconvenience", nothing at all. Just a scowling face turning away and a closed window again like a door being slammed in the face. Read moreSo i always stop at this location after work every morning however on the 18.02.22 i ordered my regular farmers wrap without egg, i always watch them made the wrap because of the egg allergy. So they were in the process of making other wraps before mine, the cook proceeds to my order with the same gloves as she has previously use to make orders before mine touching eggs, i stop her "remember no egg! And you can't give me that wrap because you're handling eggs with, her reply was i already making it. I then said to her don't want it , they were will to make a fresh one but the hash brown was finished and would take 10mins to be ready, i said ok I'll wait..... I waited for 30mins and if i hadn't said anything probably would be longer however on receiving the wrap i said thank you and leave quietly... The problem there was the color of my skin! No joke!
