We had the pleasure of dining for the first time at Bistro Pub McMurray and we were blown away by the innovative dishes and amazing place. The menu featured unique flavor combinations and high quality ingredients, and the presentation of each dish was a work of art. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and cozy, making it a great spot for a special occasion or a night out with friends. BUT About the SERVICE... We had a VERY BAD experience with a waitress Marie-Eve who seemed to be having a bad day...She was talking about her personal problems to clients, and she looked like she hadn't slept in days. Her behavior was unprofessional and made us feel VERY uncomfortable ! I understand that everyone has bad days, but it's not appropriate for a waitress to bring her personal problems to work and share them with clients. It's unprofessional and can negatively impact the dining experience. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this waitress failed to deliver. I hope that the restaurant management will address this issue and ensure that their staff is trained to provide better service. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a truly exceptional dining...
Read moreWe saw the menu online and very much looked forward to a great meal and we were not disappointed! The appetizers were real! Cheese sticks and the onion rings got the tastebuds going. The sweet mustardy dip for the onion rings was truly unique. I asked Jeff our server about the lobster roll and he gave us a rating. I then asked about the Lobster poutine and he said he would give it a 10 out of 10. HE WAS RIGHT! Both Andrea and I had that and Granny had the fish and chips. The lobster poutine was OUTSTANDING. It was a meal for 2, and we both intend to enjoy it the remaining half (each) for dinner tomorrow night. Jeff was attentive, informative and passionate. A restaurant that has been going for 7 years is WORTH THE WAIT if they are lined up. Note we were outside on a cool spring night and it was awesome with the heaters keeping us plenty warm and the music was just at the right level to talk,...
