Subway — Restaurant in Edenwold No. 158

I ordered a six-inch and a foot long both veggie on 4th December 2022 Sunday afternoon and the guy who made my sandwich is the “so called manager” Mukesh and he didn’t even put the right amount of cheese in both the sandwiches less cheese compared to the amount it comes with also for the six inch I asked extra pickles which was only 4 countable pickles on my sandwich which is not meant extra pickles and also for the sauces it was like the guy literally put a few drops not enough sauce for your sandwich. So, please check whether your employees are properly trained to serve customers and make them go through the portioning of veggies and cheese on the sandwiches and the amount of sauce you need to put on the sandwiches. Also he didn’t provide me the sandwiches in a bag and he is just passing me a foot long and a six-inch just like that in the hand. Ridiculous ridiculous. Very bad service. I think you lost a regular. And this is the problem that happened 3rd time and that made me put this big review on the page so that the owner can read it and take some action on that person and make changes...

I ordered 2 six inches steak and avocado and diet pepsi today Sandwich artist (Dipik) started making and didn’t put enough steak the scoops were not full and the sides of the bread didn’t have meat and he didn’t use the correct setting he should have used the steak/strips setting

Then I think manager pulled my sandwich from the toaster before the timer was done. He was not wearing a cap and didn’t have a name-tag he did veggies and he didn’t use the scoop to put avocado , he used the smoother and can save a scoop of avocado too. So the customer don’t get what they pay for.

Staff need proper training as well as manager

I don’t know why they are training staff to put less meat than required, maybe just to save some bucks.

Not satisfied...

The owner works the 2nd half of the sandwich line so he can control the vegetable portions. He’s stingy on the vegetables it is ridiculous. I asked for lots of spinach. He grabs a small bunch and when I ask for more he grabs three more leaves. When I ask for more again he takes two leaves. ridiculous. I am not asking for a huge amount, but just asking for some spinach since I didn’t get lettuce on my sandwich. You should not be running a subway if you’re not willing to offer the menu properly as required by your brand. There are lots of people working in the area who come here for a lunch. This location’s stingy owner lost a regular today. Won’t recommend to others and I’ll go to IGA or Farmer...
