Consistently rotten experiences using drive thru. I'm highly suspicious of 5 star reviews of this location.

Regardless of time of the day or day of the week, my family and I consistently have to wait '6 minutes' which means wait up to 25 minutes for a simple order. Always told to pull ahead and park, but they don't show up for 15 to 25 minutes and then parts of the order are cold, no napkins, no ketchup, no receipt, wrong order, and we end up driving back thru a second time and sometimes a third time. They don't answer the phone at this location when we call to ask where our 6 minute order is 20 minutes later.

Staff make it clear they couldn't care less about customers or quality. They consistently dump cold food on us instead of chucking it in the trash. I ask for no lettuce and I always get extra lettuce. We ask for lite ice and we get 99% ice per drink - as in 3 sips and that's it.

Last time and I mean last time I was there was usual treatment - no receipt, hard biscuits, cold dry white bland chicken and chicken strips, 99% ice in drinks, cold fries dumped all through the bag, cold rock hard onion rings, grease spots all over the four napkins we got, 3 not 4 jalapeno popper things and no cheese sauce, no hot sauce, and they stopped giving Heinz ketchup a while back so the cheapo tomato goop tastes nasty. This was after going thru the drive thru twice in 15 minutes.

We feel the disrespect and idgaf attitude from drive thru staff. We feel like fools for giving this location many second chances. We won't return. Each time has basically been a middle finger...

Staff were great and friendly. Food came in a reasonable time too. So the staff we interacted with were awesome and friendly.

The issue we had was the quality of the food. Compared to all the other locations in the greater Edmonton area, the food here was terrible.

The fries were mushy and when dumped out of their holder, fell out as a single clump. All other locations serve crinkle cut fries. These were something else and not good at all.

The chicken burgers had a crazy amount of mayo/sauce on them. My wife and I had to wipe most of it off to eat these burgers without getting sauce everywhere. There was more sauce than almost anything else. Never had this issue at other locations. My chicken burger (Mexicana) was also missing the chips that give it some extra Cruch too.

The chicken burger meat itself felt like it was sitting under the heat lamp for a few hours. Any Cruch it had was gone hours ago.

I won't return to this location. And won't...
