I want to be straightforward: the pizza I received from your restaurant was extremely disappointing. It was reminiscent of Pizza Hut in the worst ways—limited toppings, minimal flavor, and a crust that was burnt and dry.

Given the high prices you charge, this is unacceptable. The quality of the pizza should not suffer because of your overhead costs, but sadly, it seems that it does.

For the amount of money I spent, I expected a premium product. Instead, what I got was an embarrassment. There was barely any cheese or toppings, leaving the pizza mostly just dough. This isn't what a good pizza should be.

When making a pizza, attention to detail is crucial. A well-made pizza should have a generous amount of cheese and toppings evenly distributed across the crust. The crust itself should be perfectly baked—not burnt or overly dry.

Please consider this feedback seriously. Improvements are needed to ensure that your customers receive the quality they are paying for. Last night's experience was far below...

I’ve always found it cliche when people say about pizza “the crust is the best part”. I mean really, how could it be when the rest is covered in cheese, meats and veggies? I’m not going to say the crust at Lourons is the best part, but it’s pretty dam good!! And I normally throw the crust away. Been ordering these guys delivery for the past couple years and in my opinion they are the best in the area, and I’ve tried them all. 2 brothers run the place and it’s usually one or the other that answers the phone so it gives you the feel of a small town family business, which is rare in the city. They have fast delivery and decent prices, but where they shine is the pies themselves!! Mona's Pizza is hands down the best pizzeria I've ever been to! From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked pizza, and the friendly staff make you feel instantly welcome.

I decided to try their signature Mona's Special, and it was a game-changer. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with a generous amount of fresh ingredients. The combination of flavors was out of this world, making each bite an absolute delight.
