If I could give minus stars I would. This location specifically - 107 Haddow Close is thee worst location I have ever had to deal with for anything, I have given birth and it wasn't as difficult or painful as trying to get the correct pizza delivered. I placed an order online at 5 pm, outlining all the specifics right there clear as day. They show up an hour later and the order is completely wrong!! So they come back another hour later, deliver a new order and take back the old one and the new order is WRONG!! This goes on between myself, the call center and this location for FIVE HOURS!! -Why? Because they said either they need to replace it pizzas or they could give a $15 credit(My order was $50) ... Its now almost 10pm and I speak to a guy who called himself the "manager" he, after them getting the order wrong again (3 times) offers me my $50 back in form of a credit, I accept because I had no other choice.... Now, here is the kicker- I go to use this credit 2 months later, after placing the order I get a phone call from the call center 20 minutes later (the time it should've been on its way or done cooking by) and they say that this location, the one that was so friggen awful in 5 hours they couldn't even get an order right ... would NOT honour the credit!!!!!!!!!!!! They said they sent me 2 replacments ( they sent 3 all of which were wrong and sent back!!) and so the store didn't feel they needed to honour the credit because they "tried" - This may seem ridiculous but there was an allergy involved they were aware of and that is why we could not just take the pizza and eat it THREE times later. And what did thet call center do you may ask ???? Not a damn thing- the store has the last say!! So if you live in the Ellerslie/Rutherford/Summerside/Heritage Valley area in south Edmonton and are thinking pizza 73 save yourself and think again. What a joke this company is- the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! and there pizza isn't even that good- just affordable, and now I know why....

Showed up 20 minutes later and stood in line for another 20 minutes until someone finally acknowledged my presence. Front counter employee asked for my name and order details, then went to the back. Came back 3-5 minutes later, looked past me and asked the customer behind me how he could help. I just stood there dumbfounded. All around me were other people waiting or their online pick up orders, some waiting as long as an hour. Then it dawned on me. Pizzas were being made, however they were only being picked up by delivery drivers......
Cut to the chase, pretty much, if you order via delivery, or use uber eats/skip the dishes, you get priority. Sadly it seems that these mega corporations have the franchisees' hands tied. They must satisfy online delivery orders and walk ins and self pick ups are left to wait.
After waiting for 45 minutes, we politely asked the front staff to cancel our order (thank goodness we didn't pay like the other people waiting in the cramped waiting area).
I'm sure the pizza tastes delicious. I'm sure the staff are friendly and well versed. It's sad to see a small business owner being pushed around by such corporations. All in all, I'd be happy to return to this location, just perhaps not on any "high...

Anyways, I got home from work tonight and my husband had brought some left over pizza and curly fries from his moms for me for dinner. I'm sitting, enjoying some curly fries, watching some tv and winding down from a long shift at work, when suddenly I feel something wiggly in my hand. When I look down there a freaking worm sitting there. Mealworm or maggot or something. I dunno. But it was disgusting. I immediately told my husband not to eat before rushing to the bathroom to throw up my dinner.
My husband took pictures and called the store right away. They proceeded to try and offer him a replacement of the meal or store credit. Flat out refusing to refund his mother which is all we wanted from the ordeal. Which considering I almost ate a worm and possibly ate one or more before noticing the one in my hand I would say a refund would be an easy solution to what is ultimately a major issue.
DO NOT BUY FROM PIZZA 73 THEY HAVE WORMS...
