Second Cup Café — Restaurant in Terwillegar Heights

I have been stopping by at this location since it opened 14 years ago! I enjoy an americano… which the baristas know along with how many sugars and milk 😅 even after Covid closure they still remembered my order. Also Love the green mango protein smoothies post workout! I digress, I love this cafe and disagree with the more petty poor reviews. The staff are lovely , Paulina is so friendly and accomodating and the new owners very kind. 💜 I will keep coming back until the facility...

Every time I come to this location I have to hold off on writing a review based on the unfriendly and unprofessional customer service. I bought a drink & bakery item yesterday and noticed that I didn't receive points even though I scanned my points card. The barista seemed to be annoyed and in a rush during the entire transaction where she couldn't even bother to ask for the points card in the first place. Disappointing, will never return to this...

I was there today around 10:30am together with my mom , we ordered 2 large drinks and hot food. But the cashier was very very rude and very arrogant. Not approachable at all and even lil smile from her face nothing.. very rude " her name "SOPHIA" please take an action about this . We spend 30$ thats a big amount for the drinks.i dont care about the money, i was care about the service so bad!! We are not deserved that service! Not at all.. please...
