First off, this place is trash. And if you think this is a one-time reaction to a bad order, you’re mistaken. I’ve had so many bad pizzas and orders from this place over the last 12 years the joke is truly on me. I guess I try now and then to see if management changed or the employees changed, but I guess it’s an overly strong culture of ineptitude that persists down through time. How this place has managed to stay in business is one of life’s truly great mysteries. So what’s so wrong? On the occasion they do get your order correct (a rarity), they will skimp you on every topping you ordered. Trust: If you order pizza here I hope you like a sauce pizza, you won’t get any cheese. Order a pepperoni feast? You’ll get a Little Caesers for 4x the price. This place has an aversion to adding cheese to any pizza; I feel that it must be a prerequisite to be lactose intolerant to work here. Really, it’s all about saving money though, and they do do a good job of this. I called corporate to let them know how consistently terrible this restaurant has been and that Terwillegar should be serviced by Saddleback or Windermere. Read moreTerrible service experience! Went into the store at 0020h, close is 0100h. Bell on door rang and I called out to the staff multiple times (loudly) without answer. I had also previously placed an order over the phone and was called back by the moderator stating that the location had not responded regarding my order. I was almost there so I figured I would just go in. Only to be met by silence. I had to pretend to exit the door and come back in for them to finally notice me. The service worker did not acknowledge that I had been waiting or apologize when I told her that I had been there for over 5 minutes. She treated me as though I was a nuisance and said “Oh yea, I was in the back” (they likely wanted to close the store early). Read moreI tried to order online - 45mins later, the order finally processed. I received the confirmation email and the system changed my address for delivery. I then called the number on the website and proceeded to wait 20mins for a customer service representative to answer only for them to tell me that they had to transfer me to the Riverbend location directly (why not just post the franchise location’s phone number on the web). I was so frustrated by this point that I told the store to cancel the order. The manager proceeded to guilt trip me by saying the order was already packaged for delivery - I stupidly gave him my correct address and proceeded to accept the order.
