I went to the restaurant around 5:30 pm, The first item i ordered was a crispy chicken Greek wrap. At first they said that the item was not available with crispy chicken. I knew this was a lie because at other restaurants I was able to order the item. When I explained this she looked back and turned to me and said okay it is available. I knew they were not out of crispy chicken because the man in front ordered a wrap with crispy chicken and he got that right away. I also ordered the new orange pineapple fruit chill. What she tried to give me was a fruit smoothie, I can not have the yogurt you carry because it hurts my stomach. When I asked again for the product she said that it was not available, but it was on the menu and it was being displayed. She tried to say that the only chills they had were the chocolate and maple ones, also the way she treated me when i tried to order this item made me feel horrible and a little angry that she was treating me like i did not matter. Eventually another worker came to the till and fixed the mistakes, but this just shows that the training of the staff was not done properly. after my order was finished i waited for about 5 minutes. In that time I saw the one lady instead of helping the customers behind me start to fill the show case and doing other tasks. I thought that Tim Horton's was all about the customers? It took another worker from your dive thru to help the people at the front counter. This was about 5 minutes before they were helped. The nest issue is when i received my wrap i asked to make sure it had crispy chicken and the staff had to take it back because it was the wrong chicken, even though on his screen it said crispy chicken. So this was another 3 minutes. When i received this one i left because i did not have any more time to wait. I got home and when i went to open my wrap, before i took my first bite I noticed that the lettuce was all wilted and smelled horrible. I had to remove the lettuce because I would never eat that.
I understand the stress of the job as I am a trainer at another Tim Horton's location, but the service and the way she treated me made me feel small and insignificant. But to serve lettuce in that condition is horrible and i was disgusted by this. When ever i work in that area of the business, even though it is all about the speed. I will always ask myself if I would eat that piece of produce, if my answer is no then i throw it out and in never touches the product i am making for...
Read moreDon’t go here until they fix the staffing. This location lacks professionalism. I have been going here for years since this location is right by my house. Recently it seems that they have gotten a whole new house of staff because the old staff were sweethearts. Tell me why this is the second time I’ve gone since I’ve noticed the newer staff and now this makes two bad experiences I’ve had with this staff. First time I ordered everything bagel toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese, they gave me a bagel with barely any to no cream cheese on it. Not even toasted. Secondly that time the lady scrunched up the tissues into a ball and stuffed it in my bag before handing it to me ??????? Terrible. Today I went once again and went through the drive through because we were in a rush. My daughter orders soup and a grilled cheese. We paid and the lady told us she will bring it to us outside we just have to pull out into the parking lot. So we did. After ten minutes when we were already in a rush I went inside to see if they had forgotten about us and they handed it to me only after I walked inside after waiting ten minutes. We get home and the grilled cheese is half burnt and only one piece of the bread is poorly cut almost looked like it had been ripped about 1/3 through? Not even half way through? And the other piece was not even cut. Even in the bag it looked like someone smooshed it and stuffed it into the bag. Not impressed one bit and they need to work on their professionalism. Not sure who hired these people but whoever that is can also be...
Read moreIts completely UNACCEPTABLE to not be recognized when they see me standing patiently. I’ve let it slid many times but I noticed it has become a consistency pattern to not be acknowledged. They talk amongst each other when I am patiently waiting for someone to take my order so that I can go to work! Not only that, they don’t apologize for having me wait on them! With 5 people duty!! They leave to take carry on a conversation in the middle of taking down order! It’s pure DISRESPECTFUL! I don’t want to be in place where I don’t feel WELCOMED! I almost missed my bus to work many times because I wasn’t being acknowledged and they don’t prepare my food right/ right away. They continue to talk and TALK! In the native language, how will You feel if you were in my shoes? there’s no order from the drive through why am I waiting 6 minutes for my order. Do customers really come first to you guys? Or do you come first? Or just don’t care? Changes need to be made. Please go to a...
