Have visited this location for over 15 years with all of my family, it HAD been great. But the quality has gone down in the last few years. Last 2 visits really sucked. The 2nd last time, I ordered drive-thru, only when I get to the window to pay, then the worker tells me I can't pay via Tim Hortons app, Annoying that I couldn't get my reward points, but not a deal breaker. Last time, Jul 21, 2023, I ordered drinks and 2 roast beef and cheddar sandwiches. The lady at the till runs in 3 sandwiches, then tells me this only a couple minutes after I pay for it, and then offers muffins, which are in no way at same value. A sandwich costs over $6, muffins cost like less than half that amount. Still, I didn't think much of it, and I asked her to just get me my 3rd sandwich, as I was ordering for my whole family. After a few minutes, she hands me my order, and tells me at that point in time that they ran out of the longer bun they use for sandwiches, so they made the 3rd one using square bun used for craveables. For those that don't know, the size is literally 1/2 of normal sandwich. At this point, I cannot keep a straight face, and she can see that, so she starts explaining they put same stuff in it. But tose are just words, reality is they still ripped me off by giving half of what I paid for. She also tried to appease me by offering coffee or donuts, both of which I didn't want at all, at that moment. I mean, who wants hot coffee, on a hot day like this? So, I just refused and left. I'm not going back to that location after this. Train your staff better, otherwise, you will lose loyal customers like me. Your staff should have asked me ahead of time whether it would be ok to pull a stunt like this, rather than just making the 3rd sandwich (or rather half of one). She should have also offered me a refund, rather than offering...

The best Part is after I fully paid for my meal I took 4 napkins an older lady started yelling at me why you taking napkins I told her you want them back or do I have to pay for each napkin she stopped yelling at me
I have taken the time to Call Corporate office they said they will deal with it on there end
I have always left Timās with a smile and satisfied Today I left very upset I Personslly think the manager should be removed from her position and that older lady thatās works there should get some anger management or simply remove her on second thought looking at all the single stars Iām amazed these people are still working here
If Corporate would like to talk further about this I would love it and would mind VENTING MORE

Tasted it and it was just straight milk and barely any tea. There was a line and I had an appointment so I figured I'd go back. When I went back 30 minutes later, i asked for a new tea the cashier just said we will re-heat it for you and put the cup in the microwave. I asked if i could just get a new one and watched her dissappear in the back and come back two seconds later with the same cup and said here. I tasted it and it was the same milk/tea I had originally got. She proceeded to close the window and just left. At this point it wasn't even worth the $2 anymore and she was clearly ignoring me. So I just left.
Honestly mistakes happen and at no point was I rude or raised my voice, I just wanted a tea...
