Visited the restaurant on Sept. 4th while visiting family. We have been to this restaurant a few times in the past and it was good. We understand with the pandemic, many changes have occurred and the wait staff are likely new and still learning. Having said that, common sense will still tell you to place the condiment basket on the table, don't slam it down on the edge as your running, yes running past. At no time did anyone check on us to find out if we needed anything, we had to try to flag someone down. Once successful, we told the server, that something was terribly different with two of the meals. These are meals that were consumed on previous visits, which prompted them to be ordered again. The chef/cook made the chicken balls with noodles using teriyaki sauce and not the mild BBQ. One of our party suffered through and refused to return it and ate it, all the while sweating like someone sitting in a sauna. The second guest chose to eat the noodles only and left all of the chicken. This was brought to the attention of the Manager. His response was very unprofessional and the comments he made unacceptable. While we hadn't planned on a "free" dinner, we certainly expected the one dinner to be complimentary because 80% was left on the plate because it was very spicy and the guest for medical reasons couldn't eat it. The overall experience was very poor and the customer service of the Manager was atrocious. Unfortunately, although I write this, I know it is likely that I will return on our next trip because there is sadly very little competition for...
Read moreI've eaten here many times in the past, worst ever experience today, sent back two prime ribs and was never asked for drinks. Had better food and service at McDonals after the party of 20+ ate. Just keep driving past this place
Correction: Allow me to express the details, Yes they attempted to correct the issue. The issue was my request for prime rib at $44 was served dry and waaay over cooked, even clarified that it was written that I request medium rare. 2nd prime rib, was even worse and even burnt, as in to rub it in my face for sending back the first dinner not to mention smaller also. I can't understand which was worse the waitress who brought a leather shoe to the table twice or the cook who can't cook. The entire table ate and finished all those meals and it was time to go. If your going to say that didn't deserve the rating, then clearly this did in fact deserve the rating. If you charge "Keg" prices for your food you better serve the equivalent. Sorry Andrew this is a one star, and my friend across from me who ordered salmon was to hungry to complain about her burnt salmon, my brother in law was disappointed he paid $20 for a chicken nugget on a bun also. This has 1 star written all over it, it was a dinner to celebrate life of a loved one with family and friends, and you even had time to prepare. Not charging for a meal I didn't eat is appropriate for the customer. But wow, the fact your trying to justify this without you being there, when I had asked for the owner, I wasn't even brought a...
Read moreDisgusting. I’m not sure how your cook is qualified, but I assure you, they need some proper training. We had the worst food I’ve ever had for breakfast this past weekend. My omelette was completely brown. Like completely; you couldn’t even tell it was made from eggs. I can’t even believe your kitchen would even send it out. I immediately sent it back. After waiting 15 minutes for a new one, the server brought it out and it was still brown. She just put it in front of me and walked away. I reluctantly ate the parts that were edible because the rest of my party had almost finished their meals. My husband ordered eggs Benedict, poached soft. The eggs were hard as a rock, and I’m not sure how you can even call what you serve Hollandaise sauce. I’ve never tasted anything that bad. A package brand is better than what you’re serving. You need to figure out what Hollandaise is and what it should taste like. My mother in law’s pancakes were so hard, she couldn’t even cut them; and they were cold. The butter wouldn’t even melt. Your kitchen staff needs proper training. Needless to say, we will never be back. There is no reason to pay for food that is on this inedible...
