I recently visited the charming town of EL and had a wonderful time there. Throughout the weekend, I frequented this particular Tim Hortons for obvious reasons – their coffee was exceptional. However, on my way out of town, I stopped by to grab a coffee for my 4-hour drive back to Barrie. To my disappointment, they tried to upsell me on my usual coffee, despite my repeated orders of the same beverage during my stay. When I politely pointed out the error, the staff engaged in a rude argument, insisting that I was mistaken.
Feeling frustrated, I decided to try another Tim Hortons in Esponola instead. To my relief, they didn’t question or hesitate to fulfill my order correctly. I must say, I was disappointed by the situation and the unwillingness of the staff at the previous location to provide the coffee as described. It’s important to be cautious of the manager’s upselling tactics. Rest assured, you won’t encounter such issues at any other Tim Hortons...
Read moreSo our food was disgusting it didn’t taste good at all my sausage wrap tasted burnt and was super spicy as I think she put chipotle sauce on it when I asked for ranch . My husband bacon wrap was gross the bacon was well over cooked. And this isn’t even the half of it my coffee tasted like there was no sugar in it and it definitely was not fresh and my husbands French vanilla tasted like water I think the only thing that was actually some what decent was the hash browns not to mention we bought 12 smile cookies and most of them were harder then a rock . Definitely disappointed I think I will go to McDonalds for their breakfast and coffee even if that means I have to wait an hour longer for them to open in the morning
So now October 23 2024 my husband went to get me a coffee it again for the third time tastes like burnt coffee and they quiet clearly didn’t make it fresh at all this is the third incident with this Tim Hortons I will not...
Read moreI used to be a loyal customer at Tim Hortons for many years, often stopping several times a day but things have changed. The store hours on the website as well as the store door are advertised as being open at 5 am. If you try to go at 5 am without a drive thru suitable vehicle you will be denied service. The front door is locked and will be told You personally cannot order until 6 while customers are ordering from there cars. I fealt discriminated against as well as if I was just a peasant or a black person in the early 1900s I honestly think I should sue the Tim Hortons locations for false advertisement as well as discrimination of sales. Either post actual hours or tell employees at drive-thru to serve walk ins and maybe return back to the old lids the new...
