Shooters Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Enfield

Great potato skins extra cheese extra bacon and they listened it was perfect. The steak breakfast was good. The steak was 5 oz so its a little smaller to get an accurate doneness but they did their best with what they had. I'd be interested to try a thick steak to see what it comes out like. Taters were real hand cut small potatoes which I like the toast was regular store bought toast nothing fancy but its familiar. Coffee could have been more flavorful but it was decent regular coffee ☕. Eggs were great. It was a wing special day 15 wings for $10 or something like that. They were cooked up a deep golden and juicy just how I like them. The medium wing says was good. I mean it's so many sauces its hard to describe it because people have a wide variety of tastes for wing sauce.... but it was not an overly tomato taste on it like you sometimes get. It was just hot enough, it was not just heat the flavor had some depth. As opposed to some sauces that are just hot with no body of flavor. I generally like a hot n tangy sauce but that's just me. The place felt a little closed in it was no real windows to the outside but its a fairly big restraunt so it didn't seem to matter much. The servers and bartender and chef seemed very nice and the patrons did too. In summation despite a few minor things I thought could be better "and they are easy fixes". It was a very friendly laid back atmosphere and I really enjoyed my visit and because of that I want to give it a 5 star review. I just like the place lol. I'd love to do it all again...

Went this evening for some supper. I had the blaze burger, my missus had the JD burger and we shared a spinach dip to start.

The spinach dip wasn't too bad. Not a whole lot of flavor though. Our burgers.. well.. they weren't that great. Really REALLY over cooked. They had a super thick crust from the charbroiler and you could tell they were cooked way too long because they were almost hard. The texture was so tough that it made it hard to eat. They were so chewy and hard that I was having a difficult time taking a bite without it sliding off the bun. I'm pretty sure the three pepper relish was just three different kinds of hot peppers mixed with the hot sauce for wings. Fries were pretty good though, possibly the only saving grace about our meal.

While the food was pretty subpar, I can't say the service was much better. The server was cold, uninviting, and barely acknowledged our presence in the restaurant with the exception of taking our order and dropping off food. We didn't get any drinks until our food was almost out of the kitchen and we were rather surprised that a bar would serve bottled pop.

Needless to say, we would probably be going to Rob Bitar's next time. For the money we spent, we could have gotten much better food and way better service there. Our Bill was $45 for two burgers, two pops, and an app.

Overall, we trusted the good reviews on Google and Facebook, but unfortunately we were let...

Wow, what an ‘experience’ is all I can say…

Shooters Bar and Grill is a hidden gem in East Hants, known for always having great food, drinks, that classic pub atmosphere, live music and moderately good service depending on who is working/serving.

Last night I went to Shooters for their annual Halloween party and was BEYOND disappointed and disgusted… The band was amazing, the Blue Jays game was playing on all TVs and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Shortly after arriving I learned why everyone was having a ‘great time’, I went into the washroom and discovered people engaging in narcotic drug use openly on the bathroom counters… No shame, just casually doing a line and as someone who has been sober from drugs for nearly 7 years I immediately had to leave.

From the tables, to the bathrooms to the patio there was drugs everywhere. Definitely makes me question whether or not I ever want to come back here or suggest it to anyone. Unfortunately I was told that this is the norm for this place on a band night. WOW.

I truly love the owners and staff but this is ridiculous, this isn’t exactly a safe environment that I or other people want to be in. Step it up...
