Subway — Restaurant in Englehart

Made to wait twice, once while she was serving another customer (fully understandable), then proceeded to make my food, wrap it up and make 3 other customers food while I was standing there waiting to pay. I asked if I could pay and leave, she barked at me that I has to wait because there were other people. After a little back and forth, I called her rude and asked to pay again. She said she had to check all the sandwiches because she had lost track of who ordered what sandwich. I walked out hungry. VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and no customer...

So I went there shortly after they moved and their toaster was down. I understood at the time and the staff where pleasant. Today after a few months I divided I'd go there again and the toaster is still down?! I really hope it wasn't down since then, but if it was then management really needs to get their stuff together and fix it already.

Regardless I will likely be going elsewhere since it seems Englehart subways toaster is about as functional as McDonald's...

This subway is absolutely disgusting. The service is terrible!!!!! Only half the toppings are available at this location, the staff are rude and very inconsiderate. I asked to have my sub put in a bag as it’s very cold outside and I wanted to keep it warm, they put my sub in a cookie bad made of thin see through paper which ripped in half the second I put my sandwich into it.
