Here is the problem.I drink the same drink every day. I know when it is made wrong, 9 times of 10 it's wrong if you get it in the afternoon that this location, early mornings weekdays? It's always right. So I ordered a Large iced coffee extra cane, easy. It was wrong. I had to waste my time taking it back, waste my gas, and to what get sassy by the lady handing me a new one? She tells me it has 8 pumps of sugar like I'm a liar . Lady, the drink still taste like the first one, but at the point why argue with the employee, I've wasted enough time.I got 3 other people to try it to see if it just me ,nope they all saidsame thing, it taste horrible, not sweet at all, super bitter tasting. Please listen to your customers, we don't want free drinks ( I tried giving it back to you as its not drinkable )All we want is the drink made right the first time so we don't have to come back twice every damn time. Maybe start investigating the problem your customers have. Check the sugar pumps, see if it getting low, see if the pump is attached or clogged as it is liquid sugar and that happens, check the coffee, and it may be expired which could be causing the coffee to be more bitter. Either way, look into issues you have so you can resolve them. When I go to new liskeard and cochrane locations, it...
Read moreEver fantasized about the “Hand of God” itself creating your turkey bacon club at Subway? Well, pinch yourself, because James—oh, glorious James—turns that dream into a slapstick, culinary miracle. When this dude’s ruling the flavor dungeon, it’s like watching a maestro conduct a sandwich symphony, only with more flair and fewer baton fumbles. He’s out there crafting subs so perfect they could star in the wall ads—except these don’t lie about the portion size. You take one bite, and boom, a single tear rolls down your cheek, partly from joy, partly because he accidentally flicked some hot sauce in your eye.
This guy doesn’t just make food; he pours his whole soul into it. James is the type who struts in thinking, “If I worked here, I’d make it legendary,” and then—wham—he does, leaving you grinning like a fool with lettuce in your teeth. Before he blessed Tim Hortons with his presence, he was the Coffee Time king, slinging beef patties so good they’d teleport you back to your childhood—greasy fingers, carefree vibes, and all. One chomp, and I’m 12 again, dodging my mom’s “dinner’s ready” yell. God bless James for turning Tim Hortons into Tim Hortons—a caffeinated circus where the food’s a star and he’s the ringmaster, tripping over a mop but landing...
Read moreThere's something seriously wrong with the Timmy's in engelhardt, I go there anywhere between 3 to 5 days a week, at least 80 to 85% of the time they get my order wrong. I order the same thing every time, I ordered a turkey bacon on sliced bread no mayo not toasted, and a bowl of potato bacon soup every time. It'll come with the wrong bread it'll come with mayo and no tomato and the last time it came with no turkey. Because I call when they made a mistake in my order they feel exasperated with me because my order is usually wrong. When is it the customer's fault because they get my order wrong? When I called and told them that there was no turkey on my sandwich there was four people on the phone before I even got the manager. And the way the manager wanted to resolve it was to give me a $5 gift certificate, the sandwich came to more than $5 I feel I have the right to have my sandwich replaced and not to be treated like I'm doing something wrong. Good service is hard to find especially at the Tim Hortons in Englehart. The manager should think about finding another line of work, if she can't deal with a dissatisfied customer. Needless to say I will never be going to Tim...
