It's hard to find good sushi in the middle of the prairies. I don't know how the staff at Jino's source their seafood, but it always tastes pretty good considering the location. It won't be the best sushi you've ever tasted in Canada, since coastal restaurants in BC or Ontario will have the advantage of location, but it'll be some of the best sushi you taste in the middle of the Canadian Prairies! My personal recommendation is the Estevan Roll. You don't initially expect cream cheese to make sense in a sushi roll, but it adds a pleasant sweetness to the roll. It's better than the supermarket sushi but it definitely lacks that finesse you expect of good Japanese cuisine. I asked her why the sign on the door said open till 8:30pm. She said she has to clean so I can't come in. If your sign on the door says open till 830 than you best be taking peoples orders until 830. I doubt I'll ever go back. What a joke. This place needs a lesson in customer service...
