There parking area does not have any parking lines, i went and parked my car where i felt it was okay to park, and as soon as i walked in the lady at the counter without even greeting me said to me that i have parked wrong and that i have to move my vehicle. I was doing take out as dine ins are closed due to covid. Well i said never mind and i walked away. such a rough treatment is a shame on their part. Literally ruined my lunch experience and i dont feel like going there anymore. Thumbs down.👎. Owners need to train their staff on customer service. Definitely did not follow the subway recipe for amount of meat and cheese per sandwich. We were shorted on meat for one sandwich and cheese on another. As we had already left the restaurant and trusted the building process, we did not notice at first.
When I went to scan my card for points he said I already had - not true. He then undid something on the till that allowed it to ‘beep’ when I did scan. But, upon looking at my account after, it did not go through....
