First off I have to say is that I am a creature of habit when it comes to most things in my life and ordering from Tim's is one of those things. I made a simple order of a breakfast sandwich and they couldn't get it right. Now it's not like that this Tim's was busy so I don't understand why or how they can't get a order correct. As we all know that the screen we order from brings up & shows the order as well as the screen that is inside the store. I also asked the young lady who was at the drive thru window about my order and I even repeated what I ordered and she replied that yes indeed it was as was ordered. Now I am a long haul driver and don't open my food order until I am comfortable going down the road. Once again I am angry, as my order was not as I had & verbally confirmed was what I had ordered. Am I angry, yes, totally POD. I am down the road so can't just turn about as time is money. Please Tim's wake up and make the customers...

Only 1 customer when I walk into restaurant not any lineup Order was not ready when I walk into restaurant waited there for 5 minutes then I asked her that I did mobile order then she gave me bagel I told her this is not my order then she got upset and gave me coffee I ordered double double she gave me single single I told her this is wrong order then guy who is also working there told her it's double double then she got upset again and put my coffee on desk away from me and told me to grab my coffee . Read moreJust came through the drive thru and the ladies working the speaker need to slow down and listen to thier customers. Your signage says you carry buckets of Timbits but clearly you do not. While ordering you skipped past the entire second drink and we had to get you to add it on when confirming the order. Even though you confirmed the order you still got it wrong and then tried to lie and say we never asked for whip on our iced caps.
Last. Dont roll your eyes at customers. Slow down and listen to whats being said. Your not getting a prize for being the fastest Tim Hortons...
