Today was extremely eye opening to the rumours about the management and scheduling issues that the employees have to go through due to terrible management. Today a young man was working front and was very kind, he kept apologizing for the backed up line as he was working hard and fast, but had no help. I only happened to see two people on drive through through the back window, but as a past Tim Hortons employee I know these staff numbers just don’t add up. Anyways for the curious minded individuals out there the line was about 15 minutes backed up (around 13 orders). Read moreI'm sorry, but the service at this location is absolutely absurd. Extremely slow service indoors. They prioritized the drive thru to the point that indoor customers were crammed in an area, and no one was taking orders. After waiting 15 minutes, they finally opened two tills to take orders. People's orders were being sent back as the staff were giving wrong orders. You've got one staff member who actually speaks loud enough to hear through the crowd, and the others are so mousey looking like deer in the headlights. Read moreGenerally a good place for a bite. But for the second time, I've had to tell the cashier that my order was done. I saw it sitting ready from the customer side of the counter but nobody was available or around to give it to me. A couple of other staff saw me standing there but nobody asked if I had been helped. Finally the cashier made his way back to the till and he was able to get it. In total I waited an additional 5 minutes on top of the 10 minutes I had already waited for it to be ready. It was not a busy time....a Saturday night...
