KFC — Restaurant in Flin Flon

I placed an order online for pickup at 8:30, since I work until 8PM. At around 5:30, I got a voicemail saying the restaurant would be closing early, which, okay, whatever, that's fine. I would be totally fine with that if they just gave me a refund. But what actually happened was that they asked me to come in 3 hours before I scheduled my order, while I was at work, since they started preparing it. So I called and said, no, I actually CAN'T come over to pick up my food during my shift 3 hours before I scheduled it, and asked for a refund. Then I was told I'd need to call back TOMORROW when the boss was there so I could get a refund, which is ridiculous. I did not get service, so I should get refunded right away. Why do I need to take time out of my day to call back to get my money back when I did not receive service?? I will not be making the mistake of ordering food here again, at...

Worst kfc I've ever been too. Waited 45 minutes for 4 pieces fries and gravy. The store was absolutely filthy. The staff were walking around the back eating fries and gossiping rather then cleaning or working. All fountain drinks down. Machine out of order. Only diet Pepsi and 7 up in bottles. Food was cold. They ran out of gravy. I paid for gravy and didn't get it because they ran out. No tenders because they were frozen solid apparently. If I could rate this kfc 0 stars I would. Stay far away from this place. Owner needs to sit back and take a serious look at how this business is being run. Another customer infront of me waited an hour...

I pre ordered on the app to try and speed things up before we got there, only to arrive 15 minutes later to be told it would be a 20 minute wait for white meat. There were at least 4 people waiting ahead of me, and more coming in. About 20 minutes later I was told my order could be ready if I would take 2 wings and a rib and the rest dark meat. My elderly mother was waiting in the vehicle so I took this. The chicken was not tasty, like KFC usually is. It was as if they weren't using the Colonels recipe. The salad and fries were fine and the gravy was thinner than normal and very peppery. For a $50 meal, it was disappointing. Will try Chicken...
