KFC — Restaurant in Fort Erie

Went to grab a quick bite between clients. After already leaving one KFC in Dundas earlier Sunday afternoon due to poor customer service experience ( standing at counter without being acknowledged by staff and leaving empty handed) I was still trying to satisfy my craving for a big crunch sandwich. I wish I had not bothered. I ordered a big crunch combo. The soda machine here has cream soda not orange crush. When I asked the server if the takeout machine at drive thru had orange soda he said no. He refused to get my drink from the take out machine. Sometimes you just want what you want but unfortunately you won't find it at this location. As I waited for my order ( about 10 minutes) I saw evidence of rats 🐀 a greasy trail around the garbage bin. The bathroom was also filthy definitely a stand to pee type of situation. When I finally received the food that was also a huge disappointment. Cold poutine, cold fries, tepid gravy, no fork in bag. Was I supposed to eat this glutinous glob with my hands? Had to go back inside and ask for a fork. Cold chicken fat popcorn chicken made me want to barf. The big crunch was hot and fresh but the lettuce they put on top brown and wilted. Knowing the risk of foid poisoning involved I risked it and ate it any way. I saved a life today by not venturing back in to complain. Over all rating 🤮🤮🤮 three barfs. Disgusting and disgusted. My son ordered a double stack meal deal that comes with fries and a fountain pop....we ordered through drive-thru and asked for a Dr.Pepper.....pay at the window.....handed us a bottled Root beer.....didn't notice as it was raining and I needed to close my car window...they asked us to pull forward as the order would take longer....pulled to front and went in with receipt and change to correct the mistake.....was told that they would just swap the bottled pop for the correct flavour.....which I then said no....we ordered fountain....young boy comes around and says I'll have to drive back around and get the refund as he cannot make the refund at the front counter....WHAT??......So I said, you want me to drive back around for the mistake you made.....forget it....just refund me the total....I'm done.....to which the young boy takes the receipt and change and walks over to the drive-thru window to complete the transaction....like he couldn't have done that in the first place......unbelievable rude interaction.....this occurred at the Fort Erie KFC at 12:30 on March 1, 2023.......not impressed, and won't be going back to this location......and will be telling my experience to everyone else I know.....Rude and unacceptable behaviour....So sad to have...

young, inexperienced girls working drive thru that interupt & cut you off countless times while ordering to the point that im not even sure whats been included on my order and what ill be charged for... (this, after i, as a responisible customer, have already chosen my meal items and just need someone to taje my order and make it) When calling to express concern over my experience, i immediately requested a manager (not supervisor..who are also all 17 years old) and was lied to by your shift supervisor, whi claimed to be an authorative figure however when the problem was too big for her to handle, there was someone higher to speak to 3.Once in contact with a manager, she expressed zero concern over her drive thru employees communication.. the young girl didnt use a disrespectful tone but she did cut me off, interupt me and talk over enough to ask her to let me finish talking and then when she didnt i drove away buying nothing from this location..however this manager found no issues (also had a headset on) and clearly will not be attempting to correct this issue with this employee..after it caused you to...
