Update, visited again on 12 February,2025
store employees have crossed their limits. Apart from being rude and unprofessional, they asked me why I posted a Google review about them while I was just waiting for my order and minding my own business. They said I cannot do that because I am a dasher, not a customer, and then I said I have freedom of speech; I can say or write whatever I have experienced. Then one male employee told me in front of the manager that he was going to swear at me because he has freedom. Also, that guy and a lady brought in the manager to confront me. The manager started being rude to me without even knowing the current situation. The manager also threatened me that he would block me from dashing and told me that I am new and he has been there for seven years. What does he mean by that? Why does he say that? Does he think I’m some poor student delivery guy who won’t talk back? They discriminate against me. They talk to their customers politely and to me rudely because I’m a dasher? They have been rude to my wife before. We live in this neighborhood, and we have also come to your store to buy food, but since the last incident, we haven’t. Every other store in Fort Erie treats dashers as customers, but not these guys.
This is enough now. Can you please provide me with the email or contact information of the store owner, or I will have to reach out to the head office? Your store employees told me that I can complain about them to the store owner
Now they’re trying to get fake reviews from all their Patel friends to bump up their rating, well done.
I was there to pickup delivery order, lady at the front was very rude. I asked for a bag for drinks and she refused gave me one instead told me to put the hot food and cold drinks in the same insulated bag. Calls herself manager and doesn’t even tell me her name while she screams. Obviously they don’t care about someone’s food. I don’t recommend ordering here. I doubt it how these clowns handle food. Employees don’t know how to deal with customers specifically delivery drivers. Also at the end they say they’re gonna block me from picking up orders at their store like they are the only restaurant in the Town and I won’t survive...
Read moreI hadn't gone to subway since I was in my 20s, I'm now 52 For years I avoided the place and went to sub, sandwich shops and pizzerias for a good sub. One day about 3 months ago I decided to try the BMT. Ok, I had been missing an amazing sub. Of course the fresh baked bread is a given for making the BMT great.
Over the last couple weeks I've really customized the BMT just right. I get double meat on my sub, their amazingly flavorful pepperoni is the best, but I just can't find anything like it in any deli to purchase some for home. The Genoa salami (well, what they call Genoa salami isn't bad at all) with black forest ham and now spicy capicola really makes the sub, and now with the addition of spicy capicola they call it a Supremo BMT.
I have substituted bufalo mozz for the regular white cheddar they used and from time to time I even add bacon for alittle extra something, but not always. Lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper and mayo rounds out my expensive sub (lol), but it's worth it.
Believe it or not Subway is making some great subs, and they have changed my mind completely concerning them being a large food chain that use to use only average cold cuts. Their fresh baked bread, fresh toppings and now above average quality cold cuts should be changing the way most people presently look at Subway. As for the Fort Erie Subway's staff and service, they are really tops. Service with a smile, very friendly, polite and sandwich educated (lol), they really know how to make a sub, and by all accounts the place always looks clean and gloves are always worn.
The Fort Erie Subway will always be a regular stop for me at least 3 -4 times a week. That is how addicted I've become to the Supremo BMT. I might even try one of their other...
Read moreIt used to be really good. Not so much now. It looks clean and nice, staff is friendly, but some lack english skills - meaning you get wrong toppings. When they add wrong topings, they don't remake the sandwich, even if they just added something oily or wet. Several times now I have gotten subs that taste like stuff that's not on my sandwich - like a strong taste of onions, hot peppers, mustard, dressings or oils. Once my sandwich was inedible. They don't change gloves between sandwiches, even when there's mustard smeared across the gloves. They cross contaminate the toppings by reaching in with dirty gloves. When they accidentally drop stuff in the wrong containers, then pick it out and toss it back in with the right container - causing more cross contamination. They reuse knives between sandwiches. And they tend to mash the bread before cutting it so you get a very flat squished sandwich. Oh, and the egg and sausage sandwiches have sent several members of my family running for the bathroom, so I can only assume they're not being handled properly. It used to be one of my favorite places to eat. It has rapidly moved to my list of...
