Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fort Erie

I am a regular customer at this location, but will never return. I don’t know what has happened to pizzas at Pizza Hut, the last few times I have ordered from this location the pizzas are disgusting, I have had frozen pizzas that have more toppings. Today’s pizzas were thin, soggy, little toppings, poorly cut, and over cooked. Will look for a new pizza company.

Got an email from Pizza Hut in Fort Erie, they apologized for the pizza, blamed it on a new crust Pizza Hut introduced, well don’t sell the pizza until you know how to cook it! Obviously they never read my complaint, the crust was a small part of the problem, this location cheaps out and barely puts on any toppings. They did offer me 20% off my next purchase, what a joke, 20% off a bad pizza is still too much money to spend. I am very disappointed in the poor treatment I received today. I have been a customer of there’s since they opened. They know me by name that’s how often I visit. A few weeks ago we got delivery and the driver was completely rude telling us never to order delivery again because of the distance… we pay and tip for delivery so We were very taken back by this! Today I ordered two pizzas delivery and only one arrived. When I asked where the second pizza was they instantly got defensive telling me that I never ordered a second pizza. Honestly, the worst customer service I try to order for work for my employees food for delivery and the person on the phone was very ignorant What’s asking me to do the payments before she make the order. Because that’s part of the policy.. what policy a customer will be forced to repeat the order before even order it??!!! Honestly it’s not about the pay most about the customer service it’s bad , very. I am in the city for a couple months right now working on a projects and I do delivery for my employees all day from different places and then I don’t have any problem .
