What a nice store! Clean and neat throughout, right from the entrance, on. The staff at the customer service counter were fantastic! So pleasant. Smiling. Very helpful. Called ahead to request the Chinese Lunar New Year reusable bags and the gal that answered offered to hold all that they had left (all of 5), upon sharing the importance of these gems to my family. Had "small talk" chat with the 3 ladies. Felt "just like home", a sense of community = good feeling. Because of the lovely service experience I had, I decided to patronize this location and shopped some $130.+ later! All good. Keep up the good vibes all around, Fort Erie WalMart! Staff arw AMAZING however the store itself is just OK the one in welland is a billion times better they need a new merchandiser here BADLY , the selection in home goods is poor the clothing selection is the worse especially for woman's and youth clothing thy does the men's selection have to be so big and so over stocked as for the shoes it's like they only carry 10 pairs of a decent style and once theye out there out for good yet they have so much old stuff thats been sitting on self for well over a year I feel like they just get all old overstocks from the other stores, poor signage poor lighting I'd like to see our fort erie store get a nice face-lift or consider a...

The No Frills needs to be shut down a Food Basics needs to open! Shelves are never stocked. It's serve yourself to grab a box from the top shelf to get what you need. Sale items are never in stock and when you ask it's always the same, it will either be on the truck tomorrow or it didn't come. Go back the next day, same thing. Tomorrow. Management is pathetic and unresponsive to emails forwarded...
