If I could rate zero I would. I recently had the most appalling customer service experience at this branch of Tim Hortons . It all started with a simple mistake ā I accidentally ordered a coffee at the Hardin St. branch when I was actually at the Quarry Ridge Drive location. Upon realizing my error, I approached the staff at Quarry Ridge Drive to rectify the situation, only to be met with utter disregard for my request. They insisted that I pay for another coffee, despite my explanation of the mix-up.
Determined to resolve the issue, I called the Hardin St. branch to request a refund, as I was still waiting for my coffee. To my dismay, the staff informed me that the Quarry Ridge branch should have handled the refund. After some back-and-forth, the staff at Quarry Ridge finally agreed to refund the purchase. However, when the call ended, I was informed by the Quarry Ridge supervisor that if I wanted a refund, I would have to go back to the Hardin St. branch ā a baffling and frustrating response.
This ordeal was made even more frustrating by the fact that I had made a similar mistake in the past, but it was swiftly resolved as both instances involved mobile orders and were at Tim Hortons locations. The lack of consistency and professionalism displayed by the staff at the Quarry Ridge Drive branch is utterly unacceptable.
I've heard negative reviews about this branch before, but this experience has exceeded all expectations of poor service. It's disheartening to see such incompetence at what should be a reputable establishment. This has undoubtedly been the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered at Tim Hortons...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOnce or twice a year i give Tim's another chance to see if they got the training in order... it doesn't seem like management here cares about about quality and consistency. Chain r3stauraunts are supposed to be run under the exact same guidelines so the food is consistent throughout the country no matter where you go Tim's should be the same.. except the coffee has NEVER been done right there's always coffee grinds in it or they forgot the sugar, or put 5Ć the sugar asked. But my biggest issue is them not properly training their staff on the toaster. The toaster has different speed settings for the different breads available. Eagles are supposed to go through the belt much slower than the other breads. Yet they never change it and just put the bagle in the fast setting and then you get a discusting raw cold bagel. But then if you ask extra toasted instead of again putting it on the correct setting they just put it in twice at the fast setting so you get a burnt top and a nasty cold raw bagel on the bottom.. do better. I managed 3 tim Hortons myself in new brunswick and used to go almost daily before I moved here where the standard is just not up to par. Please train your...

I was so frustrated but didnt want to go back to the staff to inform her. Like I am not trying to be a difficult customer here, but at least try to make the order right the...
