A&W Canada — Restaurant in Fort Qu'Appelle

I'm driving through quapelle headed to the yorkton area. I stopped to grab a grandpa burger, no bun, no veggies, no sauce, add cheese and bacon ( carnivore ). After having to basically yell at the person on the mic because she couldn't understand me, I wait 15 mins to get 3 patties, cheese and bacon.... is what I thought. I paid for the extra charges of bacon and cheese too but No I got 3 patties NO CHEESE OR BACON and so much mayo on the top it looks like someone puked on it. Maybe I should have looked before leaving town but being I'm in a bit of a rush, I shouldn't have to worry about it being that wrong, I literally can't even eat this food now and I spent 15$!!!! The picture is with 2 scoops of mayo scraped off of it already. Ontop of that even if I did look before, I asked if there was a receipt, and she said it was in the bag. Well there is no receipt, so I couldn't have even taken it back unless I noticed it in the drive way. These people that work there have no sense of care when it comes to their job, food should always be looked at before being put in the bag so they can see if everything is correct or not, and they did none of that, it's very careless of them and that is a huge reason to why I will never come back to this location....

I go here alot until now the last 3 or 4 times I either got the wrong order and just about every time they forget something In my order the last time I went not only did they forget something but our buns were moldy when I brought them back they gave me my money back that I asked for but said nothing no apology and they were not surprised like as if they didn't care or already knew they were serving old rotten food very disappointed this used to be a good place but is now being ran...

Terrible, terrible service at this A&W restaurant. I’ve been inside and through the drive thru, this last time ordered an uncle combo, papa combo (fries and root beer with both) waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Ask for chipotle they give 1. Ketchup they give 2. Not like it was busy at this time as it is 1:45 pm. 30$ for an average burger and fries. A&W has gone down hill and this location...
