McDonald's — Restaurant in Fredericton

Very horrible management. Whoever manages this place should maybe rethink about getting trained again or maybe choose another career I don’t know but they are not good at their job. The lady at front was wearing a grey full sleeve and i think she is the supervisor or manager, I’m unsure, is very unprofessional and rude to begin with. The higher level management should look into this, considering they are better at their job hopefully. Very bad and slow service. Just wanted to clarify that this is fast food right? On June 10, I attended, ordered and proceeded to watch: Cook reached into freezer, bare hands, no gloves, took raw hamburger patties, placed on grill pulling the overhead down. Then went to prep station, took a bun, laid it out, putting condiments and cheese on it. Then put a hamburger pattie on, closed it up, and the server handed it to me. I threw it in the garbage! No hands washed, no gloves! Cross contamination. Food safety handling...

This was a great experience the friendly staff made my morning. The staff work together well and showed their customer service skills off. My ordering experience was second to none the food was great and I really felt as if they cared. That is hard to find in this age of robotic service. I would definitely reccomend you eat here for breakfast or any other meal. Thanks McDonald's for making my breakfast experience...
