Rocket Burger — Restaurant in Fredericton

I just went to rocket burger for the first time in my life. A coworker recommended it to me after i told them i was looking for a good burger joint. So i decided to come in. Staff was friendly and pointed me through the menu and gave me recommendations. I decided to get the Atlas burger with mac and cheese. I only just took 3 bites so far but i was immediately over took with the flavor of the burger in the first bite that i loved it and had to write a review right away. I usually dont review things but damn if i didn't write one for this. Burger taste was amazing, although alittle greasy and abit to much sauce. Not a bad thing by any means just more then i expected. The mac and cheese was good. My only issue is the mac and cheese is abit watery, i guess i expected more cheesy less water. Thats not on the business im just picky about how i like my mac and cheese so thats just a me issue. Overall i go back there again for sure, i noticed they had a spicy burger with ghost pepper chips on it so you know ill be back to try it. New returning customer here....

Update, re: response from owner 2 weeks later: Most owners offer an apology at least, before getting defensive, when customers have a bad experience. This was our 2nd visit (not many). We didn’t contact because like I said, we were travelling and just made a special quick detour. I was sick on the road trip because of the few bites of food I took. (There was another burger but the one pictured was thrown out) Thanks for the acknowledgement.

So disappointing. Gross. Such a long wait for this garbage. Who thought this was fit to serve to customers? The two young ladies working on Sat Nov 23 at lunchtime did. Completely dry, overcooked, looks like vomit. Had to throw it out. Looks like it was cooked last week. I did not take a bite of the burger, That’s how it was served. Even the bun was over toasted. I had to edit my original review when we had Rocket Burger 6 months ago and it was amazing. What happened? We took a special detour to stop here. What a waste of money. Very good! My sister and I each ordered the rocket burger and got the potato salad and corn sides so we can try each. The burger was very good, I usually am picky about what I like on burgers because I don't like ketchup, mustard and pickles (which are usually standard on other burgers) so I just opt for plain burgers to save from having mistakes happen. But the rocket burger with just the special rocket sauce was very tasty and I enjoyed every bite. It's a bit drippy but that's to be expected with a good greasy burger like this. The sides were very good also, the corn has a nice flavoring with the cumin and feta cheese and the potato salad that is more of a load potato in a bowl was very good and packed with a good mix of seasoning.
