I'm updating my review as customer service plays a crucial role in shaping the overall experience. While the food is enjoyable, there's an issue with one of the employees handling orders. She appears to be in her 50s and has been consistently rude and arrogant during interactions. On multiple occasions, her lack of patience and poor greeting has left a negative impression. Nice little place, staff were very polite and removed empty plates quickly without having the feeling like they are hovering over you. The taste of the food was good but the down fall is that there isn't much of a selection and the pans were all only half filled or less, some didn't get refilled until the whole pan was empty and some were never refilled. I had amazing food at Buffet Gong Gong! The Kung Pao Chicken was the standout dish; it was flavorful and just the right amount of spicy.
