I have not been here in a long while and just recently passed by to get a beer with a buddy on a Friday night and unfortunately I do not think I will be coming back here anytime soon or at least not in the evening on the weekend.. as a former bouncer and doorman, I have a certain respect and understanding with the way you have to do that job... that being said, I felt as if I was a kid being bullied in middle School from the way I was both treated and viewed others being treated by these so-called "peacekeepers/safety enforcers". Two examples, first of all I watched two of these guys corner a single female and were searching her purse and what furiated me the most and what prompted this review is when I saw one of them reach out and proceeded to check her front pockets... Regardless of what prompted this happening, no matter what, there should always be another female who is employed by the establishment present for any kind of search or questioning of a female patron. I'm completely sickened by how unprofessional, power hungry, disrespectful and completely unorganized group of monkeys who are employed here.... And last but not least, when I was told to leave "RIGHT NOW!" and, (I was forced to leave my water on the table FYI) there are two doors to this establishment one in front one in back. I walked towards the back door that I was told to leave through and where my car was parked, this goon stood in front of the door blocking me from leaving told me I was not allowed to exit this door and when I told him my car was parked right there he told me I still had to go to the front door and walk around the building. (my car was visible through the door I was forbidden to exit through btw..!) Sorry for the long review but it's the truth and that is why we write and read...

We had a bad experience. We came here to celebrate a birthday, also with a young child. I know it's 18+ to be seated inside. So they suggested we eat outside, under a roofed area, not to mention it was pouring rain, cold and rainy. We could not talk to eachother much cause we couldn't hear eachother. Table was damp, and our drinks were leaking everywhere.

Our waiter was amazing. The food on the other hand.... We asked for nachos as starter before our meal... We got them with our meal. Not much choice for children, unfortunately. My mother got the pulled pork poutine, it was terrible, even made her sick. I had the Mac and Cheese burger, the Mac and Cheese part was pretty greasy and super tasteless. In the end we were all pretty disappointed with our meals.

The Pina Colada...

Drinks are always consistent, they sell the big quart sizes beers, buckets of 5 beers, they sell a mixed drink, by the pitcher, called "pas fiable", and, personally I think they serve the best Ceasars around! There's slot machines for those gambling fans, nice big bar with several stools, beautiful renovated washrooms, very friendly staff, young, experienced and effecient. Small menu, but with all the classic pub-style go-tos! Always excellent food, I definitely recommend the club sandwich or the burger or the wings! They also often have bands/musicians on Thursday/Friday/Saturdays, depending on the week/events....
