Subway — Restaurant in Gatineau

I went to the subway on the corner of Laverendry and Labross at 7:20 PM and the staff looked very busy. When I started talking to the girl at the counter, she looked annoyed and made me repeat 3 times what kind of bread I wanted. She put on new gloves and then went back store and got out an other door on the side to tell her partner to come in because they had costumers. She touched all the door knobs with her new gloves and came back to the counter. Before she got the bread out, I asked why there was no cutting board on the counter, she answered that they were doing their close (at 7:20 on a Sunday?!). So I said that the counter looked very dirty, so she kept going as if I had said nothing and she has put a piece of paper on the counter and the bread on it with about 2 inches out of the paper and on the dirty counter. I told her that I would rather eat elsewhere and left… came back 30 seconds later to take pictures thought, and then I left to the next restaurant. This is not my first bad experience with the staff at that restaurant…. Will not go back and pass...

Where do i even start? During omicron peak, as i walked in a young man behind the counter coughed loudly while not wearing a mask OR gloves. Proceeded to wipe his nose on his sleeve. Then lean across the toppings and over what would have been my dinner. I called him out for doing this right in front of me. The young man did not apologize or say anything, just abruptly walked away out of view.

I asked the young lady to redo my order. For obvious reasons.

Here some backstore leak of this place , I dont work here an employee showed me all of this. Boss doesnt care about food quality, Freezer is half broken and your eating some really questionable bread and food and all the real employee left now there only few people who doesnt want to work and it look like this. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY DONT EAT THERE
