There is usually nothing to complain about fast food because it is fast food but this branch screwed my order so bad I had to write a review. First of all, they forgot one of items. Then when I am having the chicken wrap, I see no chicken until I am done half way. And the wrap was not wrapped. All the sauces were leaking and it was almost disgusting to see the way they had made the wrap. It was basically the one sandwich maker who screwed my order. I have been Timmys customer for more than 8 years and I have never been this disappointed and frustrated. The cashier was understanding and made sure sure we got the missed item.

J’ai commandé un Tim matin Saucisse Bacon et j’ai clairement dit à la dame à la caisse que je voulais que la personne au sandwich me rajout un peut de mayonnaise, quand j’ai reçus mon Tim matin l’emballage étais tout gras plein de mayo sur l’emballage, et je lui avait très clairement dit un peut de Mayo quand j’ai reçu mon sandwich déjeuner impossible de le manger il avait au moin 10% du pot de sauce dans mon sandwich et c’est à dire le pot de sauce car quand ont jette un coup d’œil sur la table à sandwich ont peut y voir que ils n’utilisent la sauce direct dans le sac à la place de transféré dans un pot (très sale). Sans parler du restaurant en question aucun article dans l’étagère (la boutique Tim à la maison) il manque des lumières en haut des comptoirs, les baseboards sur le bord des banquettes ils ne sont même pas fixés ont peut les enlever, il manque 2 banquettes, très sale et vandalisé.

Commander 2 cafés et un Sandwich Timmatin, reçu deux café et un croissant plain ! Wow! Bravo! PIRE TIM EVER!!!! si vous tenez à gaspiller de l'argent, jeter votre monnaie dans l'égout ! NE PAS PERDRE PAS TEMPS ET ALLER AILLEURS Il ne mérite même pas 1 étoile mais c'est le minimum

J'allais régulièrement à ce Tim malgré le service extrêmement lent et les erreurs frequente dans ma commande. The handicap buttons did not work and the person I was assisting couldn't do long distance. We came in for the bathroom and possibly a coffee but after the troubles, we abandoned coffee. While leaving we wanted to take the same doors as we came in but the worker yelled "no take the exit doors its gonna mess up the doors!" We had to ignore her because the person I was assisting was really not feeling well and the buttons weren't working. We were parked in the handicap parking and the "exit" doors are alot farther then the doors we came in. So I'm very disappointed with the workers attitude she decided to yell at us instead of calmly telling us her troubles with the doors. (We found there was only the buttons that didn't work). I don't think I will ever understand why people in Canada and upstate NY love Tim Hortons so much. If you want some coffee breakfast sandwiches and doughnuts then come on in. I had a sausage biscuit meal which was just ok. This is probably the only time I would rather have a McDonald's sausage biscuit instead. Now the service is good. I was at a Tim Hortons outside Ottawa and most of the staff spoke french. Thankfully the woman taking my order was patient enough to understand my english and even asked her co worker to assist as she spoke both french and english. Overall it's not bad but not my favorite. I would like to say that this Tim hortons is the slowest Tim hortons in the province of quebec for the simple fact that this Tim hortons has 3 workers during rush hour , i place a pick up order 30 min ago the app says its ready, i go inside i don't find my order ready , i had to wait 20 min!

You want to waste an hour of your life come to this location !

I have seen a delivery guy waiting for more than 15 min on an order for 4 cad !

And the owner just tells you come to this website to discuss hahah there is nothing to
