Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Gatineau

I made a mobile order today. I am aware that it is more expensive to pick your Tim Bits, Rather than ordering an assorted 20 pack. But that is my decision and it is my choice. I paid more for what I picked and what I ordered. And I am fine with that. What I’m not fine with is the employees telling me to order an assorted pack next time and handed me an assorted pack of 20. Not the timbits I chose and not the Tim bits I paid for. I had selected and paid for the more expensive cheesecake timbits because that is what I wanted. The assorted pack they gave me only had four of the more expensive timbits. I also paid for a specialty iced cappuccino, At the drive-through they told me that they don’t have it. A concerned

That Tim Horton on Les Sables, Gatineau is the worst of all TH I have been visiting to order my meal. I live near by and everytime I go to the drive through and asked for a Sesame bagel, they NEVER have the Sesame bagel, so I have to drive all the way to the one on Malhoney street or on Labrosse street to order the bagel I preferred that I know I'll get.

What's the problem for them to prepare and have all the different Bagels to that Tim Horton???

Very unconvenient.

Is someone will look to solve that issue?

Unsatisfied...

Often broken machines. Happened often that they couldn't serve something because they are out of it. Doesn't have cheese croissants just what I love... and often nothing left in timbits and dounts. Need more love and work around to ensure that you have all what to serve customers.

Also didn't really like the drive thru way how it's made. Got people to cut us because of this open spot...

But anyways still order there because it's the closest to me. Yes I know that there are another on Laurentides exit and one another little...
