Very disorganized. When we came in, we were next to be served. The person taking the order was in training. It more than 10 minutes for the employee to process the customer's order. He was obviously stuggling. I understand that it will be slower if the employee is being trained, but the poor kid was left on his own. It would have made more sense if another employee was there beside him helping him out.
In my opinion, it appeared that there was enough staff on hand. While I was waiting, I noticed one employee who seemed to be looking for something to do. I watched him walk from one end of the prep area to the other end no less than three times without ever doing anything that I could see. He might have been able to help the new employee serve coffee and fulfill the doughnut orders.
But that's not the issue. We placed our order for the new Loaded Bowls, paid for the order and waited. About 10 minutes later, I was told that they were out of bowls. What??? Understandable that they might run out of a menu item. What irked me was that the staff didn't seem to be aware of that. They should have been aware and advised the person taking the order that there were no more bowls. We then could have made the decision to choose another menu item or to go elsewhere. So a total of 20 minutes or so of wait time just to find out what we ordered wasn't...
Read moreWe came here for lunch and this place is in chaos. We ordered Beyond meat sandwiches and two soups. We waited for 10 minutes, no one call us for the order. And turned out their system broke down lost every order. Then they did not have Chili soup and they ran out Beyond Meat products. Why didnt you tell me that when I place my order. We ordered four items and you ran out 3. I complaint and the girl keep saying that it was not her fault and it was the machine's fault. It was funny that made me thinking about AI will replace the labour like this, at least my coffee and food will becmore accurate then this. Interesting article came out from Globe and Mail today,
"Can Tim Hortons’ Brazilian president return the iconic Canadian brand to its...
Read moreAll the staff seemed lost, and visibly didn't care. Some erasing orders not yet fulfilled causing backlog with the drive and inside orders, the sandwich station girl voicing out she "just want to die" when asked where shes at with the orders. All of them running their feet on the floor and stepping on each others toes. The cashier unable to take a simple order without saying "i dont know how, we dont do this here" or leaving while taking an order. Zero leadership or initiative, incredibly slow service, none of them knew what was happening. There needs to be a competent supervisor on the floor to get things moving. Food was cold, orders were wrong, took 20m to get my order after me reminding them I was...
