Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Gatineau

I've been to tim hortons everyday for well over a decade and today was the worst experience I've ever had at a Tim Hortons.

We first ordered our order and started waiting in line, we waited in the exact same spot for 40+ minutes. After we finally moved up 1 car I saw that the vehicle at the window had returned his coffee (not sure if it was wrong or cold or whatever) the vehicle waited over 5 minutes for 1 coffee replacement. Then the next car was quick and gone. We arrive at the window, customer service was rude and pushy even after I've waited almost 50 minutes. My girlfriends iced capp was well passed the melting point, my daughter's chocolate milk was warm and when I went to grab my coffee it was no longer warm and the lid was not placed on it correctly causing it to spill all over me and staining my pants.

I am personally extremely upset with the experience I've had at this Tim Hortons, and I will NOT be returning back.

Tim Hortons is an amazing franchise and it's terrible to have Tim Hortons like this...

The service is alright early in the morning when the adults are on clock. But when it comes to the kids they hire, absolutely terrible service. They don't know what they're doing, get lazy and say they're out of a product but I can see it they just don't want to go through the trouble of making it. This tims hires too many unqualified teens. If you go during the day on weekends or after school times on week days, expect a slow (20m) service with very few product...

Ordered a grilled cheese, they said it waa taken off the Tim Hortons menu, Ordered grilled chicken sandwich, got it and looked like someone took a bite out of the bread, but investigation showed it waa broken off quarter of a bun not on chabatta bun, a small piece of chicken on the bun, Ordered 2 chicken soups, taste like chicken broth with noodles and only got half a bun, was too far out of town to turn around.
