Exceptional and lovely place … I have never experienced such a great service at a coffee stop… The service was amazing and people are very very good Coffee was great… cookies and all d pastries are amazing … many options …. The owner/manager the lady was so welcoming and lovely … can’t wait to go back … I walked in asking for a bicycle store for air pumps while having coffee without our knowledge she “manager” drove to hardware store and bought one and brought it to us without accepting payment. It could be a lot better if the person in charge learns more about the importance of hospitality and customer service! That was my 1st time in the town, 1st time in that place, and she isn't welcoming! I picked that place, 1s of all, because you can buy something to eat/drink and to to their backyard and enjoy a beautiful view . My husband and I left the place disappointed by the lack of hospitality. That town is cute with lots of potential, and tourism should be taken seriously. I don't believe we will ever go back there. We prefer coffee drinks made fresh and with a proper espresso machine so saw this on the map near where we were staying (Sibbald Point PP) and gave it a try. The iced coffee tasted burnt but the cappuccino was ok - though that’s the first time I’ve been given one in a paper cup and a plastic lid when dining in. The restaurant inside was clean but I wouldn’t call it cozy. Watch out if you have little ones with you because there are bagged tea products on display that have quite vulgar names. Your mileage may vary here… maybe it’s better...
