Simcoe Burger — Restaurant in Georgina

This place needs a visit from the health inspector. Dirty! The bathroom was a disgrace. I ordered the Banquet burger. Generally a banquet burger comes with lettuce, tomato, some type of sauce, along with bacon and cheese and the other usuals....I order it and the guy asks what I want on it. Really?? Anyway, I get the thing and the bun isn't toasted at all. And if there's even 50% beef in this burger, I'd be shocked. Pseudo-burger at it's finest. Now, let me talk about payment...This burger- no fries, no drink, cost me $9.95. The guy punches it into the pad and then holds to pad out to me and says, "you tap"...I go to hold it and he pulls it away and says, "No, you tap". I said, "I want to see what is on the screen." It did have the correct amount but DO NOT expect me to tap my card without seeing the total!!!! ...

Stopped in after getting my nails done. There were only two girls at the front and they were busy and the girl working cash was clearly overwhelmed. She didnt punch in my amount fot debit before walking away to do something else. Came back and said "Since YOU answered your cell phone, it canceled out" actually, i made a phone call to use my time wisely while i was waiting to pay. Funny i wasnt offered a receipt for the transaction that i supposedly didnt put through. Im the kind of person that wont put up for rude service even if the food is absolutely delicious. Will not be returning for a long time , if at all. Hopefully the owners realise their front line staff is a direct reflection of their business and give her the training in customer service and time management she...

Less than average food. I've only eaten there twice but I was not impressed on both occasions. First time was for a burger and fries. You'd think with burger in the title that it would be decent but there was nothing special about it at all. I could have grilled a much tastier burger myself. The second visit was for breakfast. My sunnyside up eggs were all broken because the ham and sausage were thrown on top of them. That really didn't make sense to me. The home fries had so much onion in them that my whole breakfast tasted like an onion. I was extremely disappointed with that. I ended up throwing half my breakfast away.

Let's just say I will not be returning. There are much better burgers...
