If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been ordering for this location for the last five yrs. In the last yr give or take every single time my order has been wrong and I’ve had to drive back. The last time however was a new experience. I place my order as I always do, on their app. At 820. I didn’t realize at the time but they close at 830. I got a call at 823 from a man saying please come quick as they are closing. Then I got a call from a girl at 825 saying they’re closed. I said I already spoke to a man and he just said to hurry, she then says ok. So I go there. Once I arrive. It’s 827. They said I can get a refund. (My kids are waiting for me to put them to sleep and my husband wants his dinner). Oh and then they tell me that their computers all turn off at 8. And didn’t see the order, but somehow had it printed off already and had called my about my order. Ok. it’s 827 still. I say how ridiculous this is. They reluctantly make the order only a large sub, had they actually started when the order came through it would have been done. I will NEVER order from this location again. Ever. Always stressful and disappointing. I’ve complained a bunch to subway directly. Always get an email back from the manager saying thank you for my business and to see me next time. Not even acknowledging the problem. So sad. Never had such bad...

There were flies landing all over the meats, and cheese and subs she was preparing for what I am assuming is a door dash order. The icing on the cake was she was in gloves handling the cash register, dropped a receipt and picked it up off the floor, and then came to take my order as she slapped the white paper down on the counter with the same gloves she just touched the floor with. I said to her are you not going to change your gloves. This visibly upset her as she huffed and puffed while removing her dirty gloves. I feel sorry for the people who order delivery service ~ you really have no idea how they are handling your food in this store. I will be reporting this to public health for an inspection. I found a hair in my food, also he wasn’t in proper uniform he was wearing a hat and not an apron. I did get his name it was Achal. (I believe that’s how you spell it).
