ABC Take-Out — Restaurant in Glace Bay

Not the first time that we tried to call , only for them to have the phone off the hook. So i Iook and it says that they are open till 20:30 & it is only 18:40, so I decided to go up. When I walk in i notice he phone off the hook, surprise surprise. Then the owner asked me if I had a order in already, I replied hard to call with phone off hook.... then she goes onto tell me that there not taking anymore orders, I said it is still 2 hrs til close and she replies that there too busy. It must be nice in these times when businesses are going under to be able to turn customers away. She won't have any worries about me anymore, I would go back there if it was the only place to get takeout. Trysonetine to call after 1700 and you'll see what I mean. If you can't keep up maybe it's time to retire......not...

If I had the option to give 0 star, I would. The staff is very rude and they get your order wrong 75% of the time. To make matters worse, they stop answering the phone 2 hours before closing time. That is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Avoid...

Really good food and good service...just remember to order ahead as there is often quite a wait...and be aware that they only take cash . I love it though as a treat once in a while. And ps....love their...
