Pizza Experts — Restaurant in Grande Prairie

I have been a very goo customer for a few years now and was very disappointed when I ordered Pizza today, March 25/18 First off, when we ordered, they said 45 min. it was 1hr, 10 min. I ordered 2 THIN CRUST pizza's and one regular crust. All the pizza were regular crust and LUKEWARM. when I called to inform them of these issues they actually said they were out of thin crust so just made regular crust as far as being Lukewarm they said no way as they go into a hot bag. Kiss my rosy red if that is what your customer service is like ... THanks but no thanks...

We love pizza experts! Their donair is so aromatic and flavorful and such a healthy alternative to other fast food! Their pizza is excellent too! And the friendly staff do a wonderful job. We order from them on a regular basis and it has always been exemplary. There are seats to wait and have a beverage or you can check out the other shops around while you wait. : ) Edited to add: Thankyou for your reply to my review. My brother suggested getting cheese pizza here for my child with autism. The autism has made them very picky about what they will or won't eat so it's always an uncertainty.

I ordered two medium cheese pizzas thinking they'd last the weekend. Great price at under $17 for both. Nope! An. Entire pizza was gone that night. Half was gone the next morning, then half at lunch!

Very high praise to the owners for making a pizza fresh and hot enough to have my kid binge eat it multiple...
