Burger King — Restaurant in Greater Napanee

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. If I could rate their food negative 1 star I would. Myself and 2 others with me have given this Burger King two chances. First trip here about a month ago, went through the drive thru to order 4 orders of chicken nuggets at around supper time, so say 5 o'clock. Food should be fairly fresh right? Nope. The nuggets were barely even warm, and they were so hard it was like they were under a heat lamp for 3 hours. No joke. Second time, tonight around 6:30, went through the drive thru again, pulled up to the speaker, and an automated voice started talking, then a real person. We tried to order, 30 seconds later someone at the other drive thru speaker pulled up, and they took his order first.. really? We order 4 orders of nuggets again, this time we say we wanted them fresh. They tell us it's going to be about a 5 minute wait. That's fine, we were totally fine with waiting. So they tell us to pull up front of the restaurant and someone will bring them out in 5 minutes. Well at least 10 minutes went by and nothing. So my dad goes in, waits another couple minutes and finally comes out. They open their food, and it's BARELY WARM and hard again. Why did we have to wait 10 minutes for practically cold food? We were in a rush and had to leave, or I'd of taken them back in myself. Disgraceful being served cold food with the cost of fast food today. If you want Burger King really badly, you're much better off driving to Belleville. Both locations in Belleville are fantastic, and I've never had a bad experience or cold food in...

I went on a Wednesday, which I knew would be busy. There was about 7 vehicles ahead of me. From start to finish was 45 minutes. The wait time was long, yes but the customer service was AMAZING. The best customer service I’ve ever received from this location thus far. With not a lot of staff, Melissa made sure my experience was top notch. She kept apologizing for the wait and made sure my order was packed neatly and organized. All of what I ordered was the most fresh. Fries, nuggets, burgers etc. When I initially ordered I was told there was no gravy for poutine.. but Melissa made sure there was gravy so I could get my poutines. (This didn’t cause wait time to go up because I was only at the window after ordering for 5 minutes) She went above and beyond, and you should be proud to have her on your team. Absolutely 100 percent not worth the time or wait. Our second time here and have waited over 20 minutes both times. This time we went through the drive Thru placed our order and was told to park at the front of the store, no one was inside or behind us in the drive thru at the time but while waiting we watched 6 cars come and go after us. My husband went inside to see what the problem was to witness the drive thru staff continuously taking our order. So point is if your sitting in or going through the drive thru save your time and money hit up belleville or kingston same amount of time spent! Plus our food is burnt and unenjoyable!
