Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

When and purchased 2 items for $8.99 (was a deal they had) got the medium pizza with pepperoni and bacon and 8 wings with BBQ sauce. I have gone to dominos before and although its been a while I remember liking their crust and remembering it was good. This time however, the sauce for the pizza was terrible and the pepperoni that was used also just tasted off. The bacon was "ok" but it was nothing to write home about. The wings which appeared "ok" tasted bland and the sauce that was supposed to be BBQ didn't taste anything like it. As for the wings themselves they tasted meatless and fatty. They also didn't have much structural integrity as they felt "rubbery" (the same experience can be have when heating them up in the microwave, not saying that they were but they definitely tasted as if they were even when they wernt. I'm an advocate pizza liver but I will not choose dominos again. If your want a better pizza deal, you can get a pizza and 8 boneless bites from Pizza Hut that tastes way better and costs less than half the price, $11.30. And you can even get THREE toppings instead of 2. You can also get a pepperoni and back pizza from toppers with garlic crust for like $8.30 or a pepperoni and bacon pizza from little ceasers for like $7.99 plus tax. If your looking for good pizza,I highly recommend these places. I personally don't feel it was anything to do with the staff, but rather the quality and management of items used in their products. Trust me, go to pizza hut. I truly believe dominos will not survive in canada, and will suffer the same fate as target where more is offered, better products are offered, and its overall cheaper at their competitors. I order pizza and cheese bread from domino’s this particular location. It’s really disappointed to say like I got hair on my pizza. Like really 🤢.

No one is wearing hairnet in this location like really you guys are working in food chain.

I called and he is be like ohk come to store i will give you refund or reorder. I went to store a person who is leading shift or manager of that time, he was be like I don’t know how to refund on same way the way i paid.

I like how some one can become shift lead or manager without knowing customer service and policy.

Without even single sorry he directly refunded in a cash with such a bad attitude.

I recently ordered a large veg pizza from Domino’s on 450 Notre Dame Ave Unit 107, Sudbury ON, P3C5K8, and it was a complete disappointment. The pizza was incredibly soggy, drenched in excess sauce, and not properly baked. The crust was soft and doughy instead of being crisp, making it a mess to eat. It felt like there was no quality check before sending it out. On top of that, the staff was rude and not cooperative when I raised my concerns especially the staff member named Anmol on the front counter. For a well-known pizza chain, this is unacceptable.
