Burger King — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

Update April 2021: Wopper Wednesday every week. 6.29 + government mob taxes. No aditional charges to change or add toppings. New staff has hurt this review update. Great bbq grilled burgers if served warm. Great specials every day of the week. If have coupon or remember the code. My last visit was a 40min wait from entering building to food arrival. Fries, onion rings, pies, and 4 outta 5 burgers were cold. Hint, microwave rings are ok but microwaved fries are horrible. Also not sure if microwave mayo on burgers is safe. Either way the veggies lose all their freshness when you zap the burgers. Shame they served too many meal delivery services first. I also had to double check the order because too many people used to put each different item type in a family order resulting in missed items. Result now is that I was a very regular customer (every other day).The last group of staff rocked! I will try to downgrad my rating from 5 to a 2. Now I have completely switched to a&w but I go less frequently since its a much longer drive. But I Still hate McD prices and forgetful service though. I will try update the pictures too so that you can see the dirty tables. COVID is not an acceptable excuse for this...

The worst and most pitiful Burger King location I've ever seen. When I went there last Saturday, they only had drive-thru and no dine-in options, so I ordered two chicken burgers and one veggie burger. After about 5-7 minutes, the girl behind the counter informed me that I would need to drive to the front and wait for her to deliver my order. I was fine with her saying the veggie burger would take longer, so I went to the front and waited for 25 minutes. After that, I returned to the counter, where the same girl informed me that the Veg patty boiler was broken and that I would be given a refund. Please take note that it has been 30 minutes since I first placed my order. So far, they haven't given me anything. I returned to my car and waited for another 5 minutes for the manager to arrive and refund my veg burger. I told her where the rest of my order was and that I had also ordered two non-vegetarian burgers, about which she had no knowledge, and she went inside and brought the rest of my order about total 45 minutes after I had placed it. The rest of my order was cold, and the fries were not in good shape. I won't even give a -5 rating to the worst Burger...

What a disturbing experience! Digusting. Today I witnessed a gentelman in a wheelchair ask for a menu with nutrional and allergy information. The Manager would barely aknowlege his presence. She told him what he was requesting did not exist and would not give him any contact info for Burger King other then the store number. I was refused my money back for my order, I had yet to take it off the counter. When I asked for a table to be cleaned as they were all dirty the manager cleaned the table slammed a cupboard and refered to as a 'F*g' customer. While I was trying to eat I noticed the staff don't seem to be too big on hand washing between preparing food, the cash and wiping tables..... Don't take my word for it just visit the store... Or better yet support a local place and avoid my mistake. I did go as far as to lodge a complaint but as I am not Wendys© , I don't expect a response. I have a feeling I will now have to drive to North Bay if the Angry Whopper...
