We went early last month to the restaurant, we arrive and ask if we could have a chicken cesear panini they loaded it up with alot of chicken. then they told us it would cost more. At this point we were like ok make sense. We told her just put it on a wrap then she took off 75 percent of chicken and put it on the wrap. I was clearly there with my financee and I was waiting for them to make my wrap. The same girl I order ask me. What are you waiting for..... I proceed to say my wrap and had to clarified I was with my financee.
So we went during a none busy time around 730 there was only one couple in the store. I they had Downtime and what were they doing when we arrived on there phone. So back to the review I order mayo and cesear on my wrap and the bottle were completely empty by the time I got my food is was soggy.

If we pay for our food then you have no right to be oversmart and at the same if there is a mistake from subway side then please own it instead of ruling out.
Update for another order today (30 Dec, 2022) - the employees are not trained properly for using two mode payments for an order. I ended up paying full total with my credit card event hough I had gift card which was able to cover 75% of order total. So what is the use of services promoted by subway online. For kind information, I used the same gift card at lively location, Trans. Went smooth as butter. Also, I was forced to visit in store because veggie patty option is not updated online for this location and unfortunately I live near by.
