This is the worst tasting/put together subs, service and most rude workers I have ever dealt with in over 20 years of dealing with subway. I refuse to ever go back to this location again. My cookies were forgotten behind on my order. Trust me I spent an hour with my mother and boyfriend looking for them. No they didn’t eat my cookies my mom and spouse. Then I went to ask about it and she told me “ I don’t have time for this right now”. Deal with it tomorrow. I couldn’t believe what I just heard. Bread is dry. I never had a bad experience to write a review about it before, I'm so frustrated with this and writing this review. This was the worst experience i ever had in a restaurant. THE SERVICE IS TOO BAD, I was in a hurry and stopped here for a quick sub. A guy made the sub for me and I requested him to microwave it, he put it in the microwave and went to the back. There was an Indian lady Amber at the front. While the microwave was ticking she just ignored that and went to the back and was yelling at someone. I was the only customer there and I almost waited around 10 minutes for a sub. Worst experience ever, won't recommend...

After a 4-hour drive from Thunder Bay to Cochrane smack dab in the middle of the TransCanada highway 🛣️, we decided to halt for dinner. With almost 300km sans food and ⛽ gas, we were desperate!
