Waited 40 minutes for this 'power dog'. People who ordered after me received their order, and finished eating while I was waiting for this 3 dollar sausage that didn't seem fully cooked. Friend of mine (who is in our social bubble) ordered a pogo (they ordered ahead of me in line, separate order) and said it was cold. Wouldn't be surprised if they make a review too. I can completely understand if there is short staff and the wait reflected this however, the fact that those who ordered three, four, five orders after me had not only receive their food but finished their food before I sat down for....well see the picture. 1 star for the sausage and wait time. 1 star because the cheese curds I bought for later, and ended up munching on because the wait was so long were actually good. I feel like I fell for a tourist trap in my own country. I doubt I'd come back to this location again. I waited nearly an hour for something that sounded good on the menu, but ended up disappointing. I just wanted something small on the road. Also, maybe it's me, maybe it's my expectations so I didn't ding them for this on my score - but when ordering a hot dog or sausage I would have thought it would be plated in a bun. Again. That is not going to be factored in this score, but wanted to bring up.

Fromage et Cie is a must-visit for poutine lovers! We tried two different poutines: the regular and the Rodeo (which comes loaded with ground beef, sausage, and bacon), and both were absolutely delicious. One thing that really stood out was the variety of sauce options, allowing you to customize your poutine to your taste. The classic gravy was rich and flavorful, while the other choice we had (BBQ) added a fun twist. The fries were perfect, and the cheese curds were fresh and squeaky—just the way they should be! The Rodeo poutine was a hearty, indulgent treat with a great mix of savory flavors from the meats, making it extra satisfying. Im a big guy and the small portion was enough for me. Beyond the food, the service was friendly, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting. The staff was knowledgeable and happy to help with recommendations. If you’re a fan of poutine or just looking for a great place to enjoy some food, Fromage et Cie is definitely worth a visit. Everything was top-notch, and I’ll definitely be coming back to try more!

Tried Fromage et Cie for the first time today. The prices were generally what you would expect for poutine. Staff were pretty friendly and there is a good amount of tables for sitting. The county bounty artisnal soda was pricey at $3.50 a can but had good flavour. The poutine was not my favorite however - it was oddly sweet and tomato-ee. Some people may like this but it was not my favorite - I really wanted a true "Quebec Poutine" because they are the best afterall but this one just didn't hit the spot maybe because it wasn't St.Alberts Cheese (I think they make their own cheese curds but they didn't taste as good as St.A's) Still give it a 4 star - it was still good afterall just wasn't my favourite poutine.

Slow fast food, the ordering process is slow, the area to order is small and crowded. If you wanted to buy a cupcake or cake from the fridge you would need to wait in one for 20 minutes while everyone orders, their menu is way way to large so it takes very long for people to place their orders. When we did order, we got 6 hotdogs and poutine, which then took another 30 minutes to make, weirdly the family who ordered after mine got their meal first and ate it entirely before we got ours and even commented to us on the way out saying they must have made a error, when we got the food we got no apologies or anything. Wish that was all but when we finished eating (food was great. All dressed hotdogs were weird kinda but still ok). We needed to dispose of the garbage, their garbage was overflowing, I waited to advise someone at the window that there was no where to place the garbage and she blankly said ok and did nothing about it. Poor service...
